This neighborhood dates back to around 1625. Fox Hill is surrounded by water, and most of the early residents were ship builders and fishermen. Today Fox Hill is a mix of new and older homes with some dating to the 1880's and currently a limited number of new homes under construction. This neighborhood provides lots of places of worship, shopping and easy access to area bases and transportation. Several marinas and public boat ramps are located in this area. Flocks of wild turkeys still roam the neighborhoods and deer and foxes are a common site.
